Our Vision & Mission
Our Vision is to create a church in which people feel at home and, inspired by the Holy Spirit and their love for God, align their lives to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and thus prepare themselves for His return and eternal life.
We are a local New Apostolic Church congregation serving the Hollis, Queens community, with a warm, close-knit community rooted in worship, fellowship, and care for one another. While our focus is local, we are also part of something much larger: a national and worldwide Christian church family that shares one faith, one gospel, and a common mission.
The New Apostolic Church is led by Apostles, a ministry that traces back to the early Christian church. Apostles are entrusted with proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, caring for congregations, and strengthening believers through preaching, pastoral guidance, and the administration of the sacraments. This apostolic leadership helps keep our congregations connected, unified, and spiritually supported across regions and cultures.
As a result, when you visit us in NYC, you are stepping into a local church community that is also connected to a much broader church body, united in faith and active around the world.
Our National and International church
New Apostolic Church USA
The New Apostolic Church (NAC) USA has been welcoming people through its doors in the USA for over 140 years. Beginning in Chicago, New York City, and Buffalo, the first congregations embraced the gospel and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Today, the New Apostolic Church continues to welcome people to worship at over 250 locations nationwide. The New Apostolic Church USA has offices in New York, Erie, Pennsylvania, and Chicago.
New Apostolic Church International
The New Apostolic Church began in 19th-century Christian revival movements in England and Scotland, shaped by renewed hope in the Holy Spirit and Christ’s return. It spread rapidly around the world and today has about 9.4 million members in nearly 200 countries. NAC believers worship in roughly 55,000–60,000 congregations, served by hundreds of apostles and hundreds of thousands of ministers and volunteers under the international leadership of New Apostolic Church International, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
